Solutions for a commercial developer

A hotel developer hired us to work with them to receive FAA approval for their proposed hotel near O'Hare International Airport. After receiving a "Presumed Hazard" determination we analyzed the FAA findings and determined that the hotel would not degrade the aeronautical environment any more than it already was. We discovered numerous existing obstacles that penetrated the airport's surfaces much more than the proposed hotel. We submitted our our comments and findings to the FAA and our client was granted a "No Hazard" Determination allowing for their construction to begin.
