January 2012 Update

Airspace – Airspace software has been improved. The user now has the choice of selecting if the new or existing structure is classified as an “Antenna Structure” or a “Non-Antenna Structure”. The analysis results have also been modified to provide the user answers to notice requirements. For instance, if the user selects a “Non-Antenna Structure” and adds a 20′ antenna to the top of that structure, the response is tailored to the requirements of Title 14 CFR Part 77.9(e)(4) and notice would not be required. Also, application of the FAA/FCC Co-Location Policy takes the type of structure into account.
