Title 14 CFR Part 77 Change – After some 40 years in the works, the change to Title 14 CFR Part 77 has been published in the Federal Register. The effective date is 1/18/2011. This change will be reflected in the January 2011 release of Airspace OMS. Included on disk is a copy of the Federal Register Docket No. FAA-2006-25002; Amendment No. 77-13.
