Another request to the NFDC (National Flight Data Center) concerning the Special Procedures developed by “HICOCK”. There are over 60 procedures listed in the FAA NFDC’s Special Procedure file that are incomplete. This re-notification to the FAA was filed as an air safety issue. The MTR_Analyzer software release in July 2015 has been updated.
