Extra Services – We have accepted a “personal services” contract from the State of Ohio. THis contract authorizes Federal Aiways and Airspace to represent the State of Ohio, Department of Aviation, in matters under Ohio Law Chapter 4561, “Airspace Permit Denial Hearings.” Based upon this contract we will no longer be available to conduct independent aeronautical studies on structures located within the State of Oio. This will have no effect upon distribution, sale or use of the software programs Airspace® and Terps® by our users.
